Manager of this branch Mathew is very rude with zero communication skills and unprofessional.I returned a hoover which was not working properly.He came out to us very angriley said that nothing wrong with the hoover he even didnt didnt bother getting it out of the bag, said it has been used although I bout a separate 3 years replacement policy and the hoover was used only for 4 months, Hr saif it was full of dust (ehat do u expect to see in a hoover, flowers??) I phoned customer service who said that the manager was wrong, refunded my money and promised to send 25 voucher as an apology.
How many people have been scammed by this shop raise your hands??? Last year I ordered Amazon echo they took the money cancelled the order. Although I swore never again this year I ordered Voice recognition robot it was a present ...Money duly taken by my card but guess what the item is nowhere to be seen and when contacted they told me once again ORDER Canceled upon their own discretion Imagine if they do that to few hundred customers every day, money nicely seating in the bank while making profit with other people's money and NOT ONLY your ORDER NEVER COMES but I HAVE not received even the refund. When i check it says order being prepared...This is a total scam and consumer affairs should be well aware of this scheme.
To let the people know i was bullied by a white man on Friday afternoon who work in Argos the other work hear him what here say to me really not nice here thinks here know me and here dose not know i becare full going in to Arogos you may get bullying by him like I did own look at the book to see what I am going to pay for know Argos going under so bad they his a new shop on Chelmsley wood lot better than Argos and you will save lot of money x catalogue lot better pieces 70%in x catalogue shop next to pounland x catalogue shop really good go and check it out
